SGMAH Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 5000 RPM. There is a peak torque range of 0.29 Nm to 7.1 Nm among the models in the series. There are optional 13-bit incremental encoders or 16-bit absolute encoders.

SGMPH Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 5000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 0.96 Nm to 14.3 Nm. There are optional 13-bit incremental encoders or 16-bit absolute encoders.

SGMGH Series:

The maximum speed for this series is between 2000 and 3000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 8.92 Nm to 224 Nm. There are optional 17-bit incremental encoders or 17-bit absolute encoders.

SGMSH Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 5000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 9.54 Nm to 47.6 Nm. There are optional 17-bit incremental encoders or 17-bit absolute encoders.

SGM Series:

The SGM series of motors comes in two variations. There is a 200 VAC version with a maximum speed of 4500 RPM and a peak torque of .29 to 7.1 Nm depending on the model number. Also available are 100 VAC versions with a maximum speed of 4500 RPM and peak torque ranging from .29 to 3.72 Nm. Both variations offer optional holding brakes and 12-bit absolute encoders.

SGMP Series:

The SGMP series of motors comes in two variations. There is a 200 VAC version with a maximum speed of 4500 RPM and a peak torque of .96 to 7.1 Nm depending on the model number. Also available are 100 VAC versions with a maximum speed of 4500 RPM and peak torque ranging from .96 to 2.86 Nm. Both variations offer optional holding brakes and 12-bit absolute encoders.

SGMG Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 3000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 8.93 Nm to 175.13 Nm. There are optional holding brakes and absolute encoders.

SGMS Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 3000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 9.5 Nm to 47.68 Nm. There are optional holding brakes and absolute encoders.

USAFED Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 2500 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 2.91Nm to 76.2 Nm. There are optional holding brakes and absolute encoders.

USAGED Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 3000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 2.9 Nm to 66.2 Nm. There are optional holding brakes and absolute encoders.

USASEM Series:

The maximum speed for this series is 4000 RPM. The models in this series have a peak torque range from 1.47 Nm to 29 Nm. There are optional holding brakes and absolute encoders.

 

REPLACEMENT CAPABILITIES

Sometimes having an Yaskawa AC servo motor repaired is not the best option.

Extensive motor damage or unacceptable lead times, may make replacement options a more intelligent and economical choice. Servo Repair International provides various replacement options for many Yaskawa products. The older AC servo motors may be crossed over to newer products from Yaskawa or other competing manufacturers. We can also provide our own direct replacement AC servo motors as replacements. Many times just a simple feedback device crossover may be needed to increase turnaround time and better performance.
