1: Request an RA Number

The RA number is used as a tracking number for your job. If you have questions at any time during the evaluation and repair process, providing your RA number simplifies the process of finding your job’s information.

2: Indicate Whether You Need Rush Service

If you need rush service it’s best to let us know at the time we give you an RA number. Doing so allows us to schedule technicians to look at your equipment immediately upon its arrival. If you only mark the job as a rush on your paperwork, we will not be able to plan for your job until it arrives. You also risk the possibility that we might miss your note that the job is a rush.

3: Ship Your Equipment to Us For Evaluation

Once you have RA numbers you can ship your equipment to us for evaluation at the address listed above. If you are working with us for the first time make sure to provide your company’s billing and shipping address on your packing list or other paperwork that comes with the shipment and include contact information for the person we should send the quote to. Please do not charge the initial shipment of your equipment to Servo Repair International either by shipping collect or using our account number.
